How We Do It
Our candles are individually hand poured in small batches to ensure the highest quality possible. They may vary slightly in color, scent and appearance due to the nature of soy wax. We do not offer refund or exchange therefore please choose our products carefully prior to purchasing.

Damaged product
Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our candles, stock can sometimes arrive damaged due to postage and handling. Should you receive your order as damaged, please email us at general@agaboocandle.com and we are more than happy to organize a refund or replacement. No additional shipping cost will apply.

Incorrect product
Should you receive a product from us that is incorrect, we are able to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and some photos of the item. Please note that all incorrect items must be returned to our studio in its original state to receive a refund or replacement. No additional shipping cost will apply.

Processing
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
