Refund policy
At Agaboo Candles, each candle is hand-poured to order and created specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made with individual colors and fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
❌ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our candles, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect scent or color choice
Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
✅ Damaged or Lost Orders
We want you to receive your candle in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we are happy to help.
You may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery if:
- The candle arrives broken or damaged
- The package is lost in transit
To process your claim, please contact us within 7 days and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
📦 Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping label must be purchased before we can resend the package.
- We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address information.
